Notice and consent for personal data collection and processing

BY AGREEING TO THIS DOCUMENT, YOU CONFIRM:

1. that you are smoker or user of other nicotine products, older than 18 years,

2. that all the information you voluntarily gave about yourself are true (which includes, among other things: first and last name, gender, address, date of birth, e-mail address, contact phone).

3. that prior to providing personal data, you were informed that Philip Morris Montenegro d.o.o Podgorica is personal data collector, as well as the purpose of data processing, about users and categories of personal data users, time frame for data processing, and that for these purposes you have voluntarily provided your personal data.

BY ACCEPTING THESE RULES, YOU AGREE that Philip Morris Montenegro d.o.o. Podgorica, as well as companies from Philip Morris International group in Montenegro and abroad, as well as their distributors (further aggregate: "PM"):

1. Collects, stores, processes and uses personal data that you have voluntarily provided, for the purpose of:

• IQOS™-related customer support,

• market research and polling by the research agency that PM appoints for these purposes,

• and enabling future communication with you;

2. Delivers you free information (using any means – direct phone call, mail, e-mail, text message, etc.) about:

• IQOS™ devices and related products, including information and materials on brand launches, changes in packaging, events, activities and/or regulations on tobacco products, all in accordance with legal frameworks;

• various notices and materials that the PM believes may be of importance or interest to you;

 3. Transfers your personal data to related companies under the auspices of Philip Morris International, as well as to customer survey agencies and/or market research agencies (which polling, if any, you may refuse for free and at any time) and to third parties – iQOS customer support service providers such as telephone contact center agents to the extent necessary, including cross-border data transfer to Republic of Serbia, Republic of Croatia, Council of Europe member states and other countries;

4. Records possible phone conversations between you and IQOS call center to achieve the stated purposes of data processing and accompanying analytics, as well as to improve their services and protect their or consumer legitimate interests. This consent includes recording conversations with phone contact center agents to the extent necessary and with prior notice, etc.

5. Establish a database based on the data you have provided as well as other notices, data or statements that I potentially make within the specified purposes of processing data and communication, and to keep this database in a secure manner outside of Montenegro, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Your personal data, as well as your consent with all of the above, in full or partially, can be updated or revoked at any time by request directed to Philip Morris Montenegro d.o.o. Podgorica, Bulevar knjaza Danila Petrovića 13/32 (ex. Cetinjski put), 4. floor, 81000 Podgorica, or by call to a toll-free number 080 800 005, or by sending an e-mail to contact.me@iqos.com.

 

We undertake to respect your privacy and to keep your personal data. All communication with you will be addressed in person to you, either by mail, by e-mail or by private mobile phone according to the information on the form. If you no longer wish to receive information from PM, please call a toll-free number 080 800 005 or send an e-mail to the address contact.me@iqos.com with the title "Deletion from IQOS User Database". We will delete your personal data within 14 days of receipt of the request.
