Notice and consent for personal data collection and processing

BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE:

1. that you are an adult smoker over the age of 18,

2. that all information you have voluntarily provided about yourself is true (which includes, but is not limited to: name and surname, gender, address, date of birth, e-mail address, contact telephone number).

3. that you have been informed before providing personal data that the company Philip Morris Montenegro d.o.o. Podgorica controller of personal data collection, as well as the purpose of data processing, users and categories of users of personal data

BY ACCEPTING THESE RULES, YOU AGREE THAT Philip Morris Montenegro d.o.o. Podgorica, as well as companies from the Philip Morris International Group in Montenegro and abroad as well as their distributors (hereinafter: "PM"):

1.  Collects, stores, processes and uses personal data that you have voluntarily provided for:

• customer support for the IQOS device ™,
• market research and surveys by a research agency appointed by the PM for these purposes, and
• enabling future communication with me;
  
  
    Provides free information (using any means - direct telephone call, mail, e-mail, text message, etc.) on:

• IQOS ™ device and related products,

• tobacco products to the extent possible in accordance with the law, including without limitation, information and materials on brand launches, packaging changes, events, activities and / or regulations on tobacco products, all in accordance with the legal framework;

• various notices and materials that the PM deems may be of interest or interest to me;

3. Transfers my personal data to affiliated companies PM under the auspices of Philip Morris International, as well as customer survey and / or market research agencies (which survey, if any, you can refuse free of charge and at any time) and third parties - customer service providers IQOS customers such as telephone contact center agents to the extent necessary, including cross-border data transmission to the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Croatia, Council Member States and others;

4.  Records possible telephone conversations between me and the IQOS telephone service in order to achieve the stated purposes of data processing and accompanying analytics, as well as to improve its services and protect its or consumers' legitimate interests. This consent also includes recording conversations with telephone contact center agents to the extent necessary and with prior notice, and similar;

5.  Establish a database based on the data I have given as well as other information, data or statements that I potentially give within the purposes of data processing and communication indicated here, and to keep this database in a secure manner outside Montenegro, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

    

    

Your personal data, as well as your consent to all of the above, in whole or in part, may be updated or revoked at any time by a request to Philip Morris Montenegro d.o.o. Podgorica, Cetinjski put, lamella 5-2, floor V in writing or by e-mail to contact.me@iqos.com.

We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. We further guarantee that your personal data, in case of transfer to another country (for which you have given your consent) will be processed and stored in accordance with EU standards and regulations of Montenegro. All personal information in this form is used only by people and only for the purposes for which you have given your consent. All communication with you will be addressed to you personally, whether by mail, e-mail or private mobile phone in accordance with the information in the form. For more information on PMI Group's privacy policy, please read the PMI Consumer Privacy Notice (available online: pmi.com/privacy-notice). If you no longer wish to receive information from PM, please submit a written request to Philip Morris Montenegro d.o.o. Podgorica or by e-mail to contact.me@iqos.com with the note "Delete from the database of IQOS users". We will delete your personal data within 14 days of receiving the request.
