We design and build IQOS with care. Every IQOS device comes with a 2-year conformity period.
What's covered:
Device malfunction. We'll fix factory faults occurring during the conformity period.
Faulty components. We'll replace defective parts or materials.
If you gift your device to an adult user, the remaining conformity period will be transferred to them.
What's not covered:
Normal wear & tear, such as scratches, dents, etc.
Accidental damage on your part.
Theft or loss of your IQOS device.
Support for non-genuine parts.
