IQOS CLUB Summer Challenge Terms & Conditions

By participating in the IQOS CLUB summer challenge, you confirm that you agree with the terms listed below:

 

  1. Eligibility: Only adult individuals who are registered IQOS users in Montenegro and members of the IQOS CLUB loyalty platform are eligible to participate.

 

  1. Challenge Waves: The IQOS CLUB challenge will be held in two waves:
  2. The first wave consists of two phases, after which the most active users will win exclusive IQOS experiences in July.
  3. The second wave, which also consists of two identical phases, will allow the most active users to win IQOS experiences in August.

 

  1. Participation Rights:
    • Users who do not win IQOS experiences in July during the first wave of the IQOS CLUB challenge are eligible to participate in the second wave for a chance to win experiences in August.
    • Users who win and confirm attendance for any of the offered IQOS CLUB experiences during the first wave are not eligible to participate in the second wave, regardless of whether they attended the experience they won and confirmed.

 

  1. Advancing to the Second Round: To advance from the first to the second round of the challenge, regardless of the wave, users must have at least:
    • A Welcome Badge, earned upon first registration on the IQOS CLUB loyalty platform, and
    • At least one IQOS User badge, earned by purchasing and registering an IQOS ILUMA device on their profile, or at least one IQOS Ambassador badge, earned by successfully recommending the IQOS ILUMA device to adult smokers who were not previously registered IQOS users.

 

  1. Badge Consideration: All badges earned since the launch of the IQOS CLUB platform will be considered for advancing to the second round:
    • By July 3rd 2025.  for winning July attractions in the first wave.
    • By July 24th 2025. for winning August attractions in the second wave.

 

  1. Second Round Grouping: In the second round, users will be divided into three groups based on the number of IQOS User or IQOS Sponsor badges they have earned:
  2. group consisting of users who won:
    • Welcome badge, and 
    • 1 IQOS User or 1 IQOS Ambassador badge.
  3. group consisting of users who won:
    • Welcome badge, and 
    • 2 IQOS User badges, or 2 IQOS Ambassador badges, or 1 IQOS user & 1 IQOS Ambassador badge.
  4. group consisting of users who won:
    • Welcome badge, and 
    • 3 or more IQOS User and/or IQOS Ambassador badges in any combination.

 

  1. Second Round Competition: Users will compete within their groups in the second round and can win IQOS experiences designated for their group. Users who advance to the second round in the first wave but do not win an IQOS experience, will automatically advance to the second round in the second wave, retaining their badges and potentially earning new ones.

 

  1. Advancing to the Third Round: To advance from the second to the third round, users must participate in a game sent via Viber message, valid until the end of the next day from the moment it is sent. Users must play the game and rank among the top performers in their group.

 

  1. Ranking in the Second Round: Users will compete within their groups, and those with the most badges will have priority in choosing the dates for their desired experiences. Users with fewer badges will choose from the remaining dates.

 

  1. Experience Allocation: The allocation of experiences will be done by an agent who will call the most active users and offer them to choose their desired experience and date, according to the available dates for the desired experience, as follows:
    • Users from Group 3 will be called first, followed by Group 2, and finally Group 1, based on their ranking in the game within their group in the second round.

 

  1. Confirmation of Attendance: Users must confirm their attendance by responding to the agent's call or by calling or sending an SMS to 067095605 by 8 PM on the same day the agent called.

 

  1. Bringing Friends: Each IQOS experience includes a certain number of adult friends that the user can bring along. The maximum number of adult friends allowed for each attraction is specified in the description.

 

  1. Minors are not allowed to participate or be present at IQOS activations.

 

  1. Notification and Invitation: Only users who meet the conditions to advance to the next phase will be notified and invited to participate in the next phase of the IQOS CLUB challenge. If a user believes they meet the necessary conditions but did not receive an invitation, they should notify us by calling 067095605 on weekdays and Saturdays from 8 AM to 8 PM.

 

  1. Loss of Participation Rights: Users who have chosen a date for an attraction in the final round lose the right to participate if they:
    • Do not respond to the agent's call, or 
    • Do not confirm their attendance by 8 PM on the same day the agent called via call or SMS, or
    • Do not show up on time or are late, or
    • Cancel their attendance by calling 067095605.

 

  1. Non-Transferability: Users cannot transfer the activation to other dates or other individuals.

 

  1. Cancellation: In case of cancellation, users do not incur any costs.

 

  1. Technical Issues: The organizer of the IQOS CLUB challenge is not responsible for technical issues or any other circumstances beyond the organizer's control that affect the ranking of participants or the realization of the experience. The official ranking list of the organizer will be final and the only valid one for the distribution of experiences from the IQOS CLUB challenge.

 

  1. Abuse of Rights: Any abuse of rights, falsification of results, or actions contrary to the rules and spirit of this challenge give the organizer the discretionary right to eliminate any user from the competition and deny the right to the won experiences at any stage of the activity.
