Device engraving is available for devices purchased via IQOS website, paid online by card, delivered to consumer address or picked up at IQOS Boutique in Podgorica. For this device type, engraving is available for both holder and pocket charger, so don’t forget to tell us where you want your engraving to be.

You may order maximum 3 devices from the IQOS ILUMA™ series per year, and a maximum of 2 devices per month.


IQOS ILUMA i PRIME ™ device is available in 4 colors. Please use IQOS ILUMA i PRIME™ with TEREA™ tobacco sticks only.

Do not swallow or disassemble SMARTCORTM™ sticks. This product contains a sharp metal part that can cause serious injury if swallowed.

You can order the device with free delivery within 3 business days, or via express delivery within 90 minutes*.
Express delivery is currently available for shipments in Podgorica, Budva and Kotor.
If your address is not within the express delivery zone, the shipment will be redirected to delivery within 3 business days.
Express delivery is available daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. Orders placed after 8 PM will be delivered the next day after 10 AM.
Express delivery is available only for orders that include at least one tobacco heating device. Express delivery is not available for device lending or replacement via the Trade in program.

Check device status and customize your experience with a simple touch.
Pause Mode
Conveniently pause your experience for up to 8 minutes and resume where you left off*.
FlexPuff
Adapts to your pace and may provide up to 4 extra puffs**.
FlexBattery
Make the most of your Holder's battery with Eco Mode or Performance Mode. Prolong your holder battery lifespan by up to one year*** or get up to 3 consecutive uses****.
Auto Start
Heating starts automatically when you insert the SMARTCORETM  stick.

*Only available in Performance Mode, during the first 3 minutes or 8 puffs of the experience. When pause is activated, Performance Mode gives you up to two consecutive experiences and pause is available only for one of them.

**FlexPuff activation and number of puffs depend on individual usage patterns, thus extra puffs might not apply to all adult consumers and/or experiences. FlexPuff does not activate when pause is used.

***Only when fully used on Eco Mode throughout the lifespan of the holder and may vary depending on personal consumption.

****Only available in Performance Mode when pause is not activated.
